The Beginnings – Part One The Roots of the New World Order

Here’s a poser, one for a pub quiz. What connects the painting of Ophelia by John Everett Millais, one of the pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood of artists, and the origins of the current drive by the globalist oligarchs to establish a technocratic New World Order for the 21st Century? Before I attempt to link the two it’s worth noting that Millais exhibited as much concern for the well-being of his model as the globalists do for the bulk of us ‘livestock’ who have worked diligently to contribute to the accretion of their vast wealth.

The model was one Lizzie Siddall, muse and later briefly the wife of Dante Gabriel Rossetti who was probably the best known and most colourful of the pre-Raphaelites. Millais had her pose in a bathtub which he kept warm with oil lamps placed underneath. During one session, the lamps went out, the bath went icy cold but Millais, absorbed in his work, didn’t notice and Siddall didn’t complain. Shortly after, she contracted a severe bout of pneumonia and nearly died. Millais picked up the tab for medical expenses, but our modern Malthusian globalists would have approved of his insouciance.

My recent reading has been The Global Coup d’État  subtitled The Fourth Industrial Revolution and the Great Reset by Jacob Nordangård and simultaneously I’ve been working my way through The Pyramid of Power, a five-year oeuvre by the independent journalist Derrick Brose. It is in both of these works that the answer to the pub quiz question can be found, and it goes something like this:

Millais was a favourite of the famously impotent Victorian art critic and aesthete John Ruskin who did a great deal to promote his work. Ruskin became the first Slade Professor of Fine Art at Oxford University in 1869 where one of the people he lectured to and greatly impressed was Cecil Rhodes. Rhodes was very much taken with Ruskin’s artistic superiority and philosophical ideas on governance, especially the idea that Victorian England exemplified the pinnacle of civilisation and that it must therefore be spread around the World.

Rhodes was an Empire builder who met William Stead, who died on the Titanic ,and Lord Esher one winter’s day in London early in 1891. Together they founded the ‘Secret Elite’ and were soon joined by Alfred Milner, Lord Nathaniel Rothschild, and Lords Cecil and Roseberry who between them controlled the two main British political parties of the day, the Conservatives and the Liberals.

With Rothschild backing, Rhodes had already made his fortune in gold and diamond mining. He and Milner went back to South Africa together to foment the Boer War aimed at securing more gold and diamond mines for the British Empire. Together they formed the Rhodes-Milner group, later Milner’s ‘Kindergarten’, a selected group of civil servants dedicated to the furtherance of the British Empire and the eventual recovery to it of the United States.

After Rhodes’s early death in 1902, Milner had absolute command of the ‘Secret Elite’ and based it on a group of carefully selected intellectuals at All Souls College in Oxford. Rhodes and Milner along with their acolytes were, according to Professor Carroll Quigley, the founding fathers of the New World Order movement.

In his book The Anglo-American Establishment, Quigley lists all the family connections within the ‘secret elite’ and shows where the tentacles stretched. The rest, as the cliché goes, is history. But what a history it is and the details of it that can be found in The Global Coup d’État and The Pyramid of Power are astonishing. They lift the lid on the ‘elite’ conspiracy on both sides of the Atlantic which had its origins in the late 19th century and was hard at work through the 20th and is therefore responsible for much of the evil and suffering the civilised world endured through the wars, depression and deprivation caused in the first half of that century.

TheGlobal Coup d’État is another masterful piece of work which complements Nordgaard’s earlier Rockefeller – Controlling the Game which I highlighted in There IS a Climate Crisis Part Four. The latter is a ‘must read’ for anyone seeking to understand how national governments have come to have policies generated by supra-national organisations and NGOs and why they are so obsessed with climate change.

In Coup, first published in Swedish in 2020 but updated and published in English last year, Nordangård gives us the story of the fake pandemic, plandemic or scamdemic of 2020-2023, call it what you will. His purpose is telling the tale of what happened in those years and to continue the story started in Rockefeller. The Covid debacle took public attention away from climate propaganda for a while as there were other concurrent diversions such as the Black Lives Matter protests, mass migration and in 2022 the Russian invasion in Ukraine. However, climate never went away, and it is now back with renewed intensity in the Net Zero obsessions of many governments.

The story is told roughly chronologically in 12 chapters covering everything from the genesis of the plan, the creation of the ‘scamdemic’ and the repressive measures through Operation Warp Speed, the censorship and suppression of dissent to the real aims involving Central Bank Digital Currencies, digital ID and the massive daylight robbery in the form of the upwards transfer of wealth by closures of small and medium businesses and future taxation to pay the colossal bills. It is all superbly well researched with a detailed bibliography. We don’t need to examine the full narrative here as most who are already truth-seekers and dissidents will be familiar with it. However, it is in the five Appendices covering the Method, The Plan, the Organisations, the Program Areas and the Timeline that there are some jaw-dropping revelations.

In Appendix A, The Method, Nordangård informs us that the Americans were onto the tax-exempt foundations such as the Ford, Carnegie and Rockefeller foundations as far back as the early 1950s. Congress held an investigation to find out if they were using their vast resources for their declared purposes and not un-American or subversive activities. It was called the Reece Committee and it was led by a former banker, Norman Dodd.

The committee looked into the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Instead of replying to questions sent, its President, a Dr Joseph Johnson, astonishingly granted access to its library for two weeks. The Reece Committee’s legal analyst, Kathryn Casey went through the minutes of the board meetings as far back as 1908. What she uncovered shocked her so much she had a nervous breakdown.

In 1908, the year the Carnegie Endowment began operations, the trustees meeting for the first time raised a specific question which they discussed throughout the year in a very learned fashion. The question is this: Is there any means known more effective than war, assuming you wish to alter the life of an entire people? And they conclude that: No more effective means to that end is known to humanity, than war.

Then in 1909 they raise and discuss a second question: How do we involve the United States in a war? They answer the questions as follows: We must control the State Department. The question then arises how do we do that? They answer: We must take over and control the diplomatic machinery of this country. And they resolve on that as an objective.

In less than a decade, the United States is involved in World War One. At that time, they record on their minutes a shocking report in which they dispatch to President Woodrow Wilson a telegram cautioning him “to see that the war does not end too quickly”.

Thus, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace was, RIGHT FROM ITS INCEPTION, anything but.

Once the war was over the Carnegie Endowment was keen that life should not return to the status quo ante bellum and the way to do that would be to control education. Realising that its self-set task was too big for it alone, it made overtures to the Rockefeller Foundation suggesting that they work together. That portion of education that was deemed international would be overseen by themselves while the Rockefellers would take care of the domestic aspects. Later they involved the Guggenheim Foundation.

Too much heat was being generated for the liking of the Foundations and serious attempts were made to hamper and shut down the Reece Committee. However, a report running to over 1,200 pages was produced.

According to the findings, the goal was to form a socialist paternalism in domestic affairs and an interdependent ‘one-world’ policy in foreign affairs with the United Nations central to it. An expected development toward increased state control and a possible revocation of property rights was mooted by the Carnegie Endowment:

“Cumulative evidence supports the conclusion that, in the United States as in other countries the age of individualism and laissez faire in economics and government is closing and that a new age of collectivism is emerging…..it may involve the limiting or supplanting of private property, extended or distributed among the masses.”

In November 1953, Norman Dodd was invited to the offices of the Ford Foundation where he was told by its president, Roman Gaither, that they acted under directives from the White House:

“The substance of the directives under which we operate is that we shall use our grant-making power to alter life in the United States so that we can be comfortably merged with the Soviet Union”.

Dodd was astounded. That would be the Soviet Union that, as we know from the work of Professor Anthony Sutton, was financed by industrialists and bankers of Wall Street right from its beginnings. So much so that Soviet Communism could be said to be a creation of the American elite or at least a proportion of them. So much for the “Land of the Free”.

In Appendix B, The Plan, we are introduced to the written testimony of Dr Lawrence A Dunegan, one of about eighty paediatricians given an astonishing lecture at the Pittsburgh Paediatric Society on 20th March 1969 by a Richard L Day, Professor of Paediatrics at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York. It was called The New Order of Barbarians.

Day said the purpose of his talk was to prepare them for the “surprising” future which would be brought about in the next 30 years or so. The target date for was set as the turn of the millennium, give or take a few years. They were to take no notes or use any tape recorders. He said he was free to speak now because “everything is in place, and nothing can stop us now.” Dunegan had heard some of it before but hadn’t believed it because it came from people claiming there was a hidden conspiracy. However, Professor Day was someone who was, or had been, on the inside so Dunegan sat up.

He listened attentively, memorised as much as he could, made surreptitious notes on some paper napkins he had with him, and expanded them later. He revealed it in interviews in 1988 and 1991and in a broadcast on Radio Liberty in 1997.

Day opened by stating that people don’t understand how government works or how decisions are made. The real influencers are people whose names would be familiar to most, but no names or organisations were revealed. Except one: The Rockefeller institutes.

The goals were: 1. Population control and eugenics; 2. radical change towards a global totalitarian system of government. The plans had a dual purpose: An ostensible plan which would attract public support and a real hidden plan which would advance the two aims gradually. He said it sounded like communism but that it was much bigger. He also disclosed that there was much closer co-operation between the “free” West and the “unfree” communist East than people realised.

What follows is a description of the changes that would be deliberately wrought in all aspects of human existence, starting with population control and eugenics. Here the first thing to be done would be to separate the sex act and procreation. Sex gave too much pleasure, and the urge was too strong to get people to desist. So, the plan was to encourage more by making clothing styles more revealing, stimulating and provocative. Music would get worse and lyrics more sexual. Pornographic films would be shown in cinemas and on television with people doing hitherto unimaginable things to each other. Homosexuality would be made permissible, desirable even, not for homosexuals’ own sakes but as a way of reducing child births. Sex education from an early age would be brought into schools and contraceptives would be freely available in shops and schools. Legal, tax-funded abortion would be introduced (this was four years before Roe v Wade).

It was felt that evolution could be speeded up. People would ultimately need permission to have babies. Most people would be “allowed” two, but some would be restricted to one and some forbidden to procreate due to their defective genetic inheritance. A few “exceptional” people would be allowed to have three.

Regarding Family, marriage would become less important and separated from sexual relations. Divorce would be made easy. More women would work outside the home and men made to commute longer distances and stay away from home to make it harder to keep families together (it would also provide temptation and the opportunity to “play away”). Travel would be made easier and less expensive temporarily so that people could be drawn into the new way of life. The aim was to make the population more mobile and therefore rootless.

In Sport, soccer would be promoted, even in the USA, since it was a global game. Girls would be encouraged to get involved rather than play with dolls because they were associated with having children. Women’s sports would be elevated to the same status as men’s sports.

In Food, eating out would be encouraged. Pre-prepared meals and fast food would be readily available. Nutritional content would change so that people would have to exercise more and be careful about their intake to stay in good health and shape. This was to “weed out” those too lazy or stupid to listen to advice. Sportswear and sports shoes would be popularised.

There would be new diseases which would be difficult to diagnose and cure. Here it was stated by Day that “We can cure almost every cancer right now. Information is on file in the Rockefeller Institute”. There was no intention of making it public because of the overpopulation issue and as we all had to die anyway, it may as well be of cancer. Treatment would concentrate on pain relief, not cure.

In healthcare, doctors would be reduced to the role of technician, employed by large corporations. The job would in future include execution by lethal injection. Medical care would be tied to employment; no job, no care. Clinics offering low-cost or free medical care would disappear. Costs would be forced up. Euthanasia would be introduced as people “only had a right to live so long”. The elderly were an insupportable burden on the young so an age limit would be introduced. When medical cost got too high, children would “hold a farewell party” for their parents after which they would be offered a “demise pill”.

In entertainment, the young would be influenced and brain-washed, sex and violence would be more graphic and detailed in order to desensitise people so they would more easily accept sudden death and get used to seeing it around them.

In education, more time would be spent in school but less learned. There would be “better schools” in “better areas” where children would learn more. However, they would be forced to specialise with little understanding of fields of study other than their own and no appreciation of a ‘big picture’. They would be pressurised into extra-curricular activities at school rather than go home for free play and sports with friends and family. This was with the aim of creating stress and “burn-out”, including substance abuse, in order to weed out the “unfit”. The smartest would seek the right help and learn how to cope.

Religion would be altered. There was an acceptance that people needed religion, but it had to change. Incompatible religions would have to go, especially Christianity. Once the Roman Catholic Church had been brought down the rest of Christianity will fall easily.

Science would be, and has been, “falsified” in order to produce specific desired results. This was repeated several times during the lecture, often with contempt, because “people don’t ask the right questions” and they were “too trusting and naïve”.

In the section on economic controls, among other things he had this to say on housing: Private homes would become a thing of the past. Older people who had been able to buy or build their own home would be permitted to keep them but for the younger generations, home ownership would be rendered virtually impossible. Recognising that wealth represents power, the ability to get things done, it will be restricted to the few. Inflation, interest payments and taxes would be used to gradually make it more and more difficult for anyone to accumulate capital and become financially independent.

That’s enough to give you a flavour so, in the interests of brevity, and of not spoiling it for anyone who might wish to read the book, I won’t add to this list but there is more in similar vein under the headings of Crime, Drugs & Alcohol, Gambling, Literature, Industry, Housing, Electronic Money, World Government, War, Terrorism, Weapons Control, Travel Restrictions, Food Control, Weather Control and Surveillance.

Dr Dunegan’s record of Dr Day’s lecture is available online; you can read it here and download a free copy if you wish. You can also listen to the Radio Liberty broadcast from 1997 on YouTube.
