When I learned of Nigel and UKIP I voted for them in elections. I was surprised that, after winning the EU election, that they came second in so many seats in the GE one but never came first; it seemed very strange to me! Then Nigel left for some reason, and they faded. Why did he jump off a potential winning horse in future GEs?
Then I thought he founded the Brexit Party (only to discover recently that it was Catherine Blaiklock) and so I joined. I spent time with the local candidate in the 2020 GE delivering newspapers and leaflets only to be disappointed by Nigel withdrawing candidates in Conservative areas, deciding to not stand as a candidate himself and backing more privatization in the Heath Service. The party was on a climbing wave in the opinion polls and he destroyed it! So no success and no foothold obtained in Parliament again, Nigel seemed to gain 'defeat from the jaws of victory' (is this a trend?). If they had a foothold they could have held the ruling party to account there. There was a name change of Brexit to Reform but Nigel jumped ship yet again to go and earn more money.
So the 2024 GE comes along, and Reform weren't doing bad but Nigel returns and it takes off and succeeds in obtaining 5 MP's. I was suspicious of Lee Anderson joining as I wondered if this was infiltration, especially after him winning in the GE but so many others coming second again (how many seats were stolen?). In the EU election Rees Mogg's daughter joined the party but jumped ship later.
As an MP Richard Tice seemed too often put his foot in it - whenever he opened his mouth - and so he didn't inspire me as our deputy leader. I opened an account on X and followed all five MP's; Rupert Lowe just outshone them all. Ben Habib left the party, which was a disappointment, and following him I started to learn the negative things about Nigel whilst being very impressed with what Ben was proposing for the future.
Then came the night of the long knives and Rupert was out. I won't go into to that Saga but was backing Rupert especially when I discovered Catherine Blaiklock on X and saw what she was saying about Nigel:
“I was the biggest supporter of @Nigel_Farage but I cannot support someone who destroyed the trust document I set up and;
Supported Shamina Begum coming in;
Brought in ZiaYusuf;
Supported WEF totalitarian lock-downs and ignored Andrew Bridgen;
Thinks the 'lets rub their noses in diversity' Blair is someone to be allies with;
Thinks we should appease Islam because there are a lot of Muslims votes out there;
Chucks out Rupert Lowe and Ben Habib for saying the blinding obvious;
Thinks the worst government that we have ever had is led by a good chap, Keir Starmer;
Brings in Nick Candy and all his Qatari money. Qatar funds 45% of the most radical Deobandi mosques;
Says it is too difficult to deport illegals - so what is going to stop another 5 million coming?;
Excludes hundreds of good people and good candidates for being too biased;
Hates free speech;
Works with the most evil Marxist organisation in the country, Hope not Hate to document and vet candidates;
Choses a chucked out, welcome refugees, conservative Sarah as candidatefor Runcorn.”
It was the Hope not Hate vetting candidates that was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. Reform has some great members but now it could be easily infiltrated into the higher positions and the members ignored. Plus, I was expecting the members to have more say in selecting leaders etc. but it never really occurred. So when Ben Habib started the Integrity Party (name to be changed) I jumped ship immediately.
However, on jumping ship I keep learning of more negative things, this one being posted on this site about donees to Reform:
“Muhammad Yusuf, former Tory and Goldman Sachs executive director;
Nick Candy, former Tory billionaire donor and Global venture capitalist;
Bassim Haidar, WEF linked billionaire and former Tory donor;
Mohamed Amersi - former Tory donor and Global venture capitalist (previous allegations of corruption regarding $220 million bribe);
Tim Montgomerie, former Tory;
Arron Banks’ former Tory donor who has given Farage £millions over the years; George Cottrell, convicted money launderer who gave £500,000 to Reform in 2024 along with paying £25,000 for Farage’s travel;
Jeremy Hosking, former Tory donor;
Christopher Harborne AKA Chakrit Sakunkrit, former Tory donor;
Charlie Mullins, former Tory donor; Alexander Jones, global venture capitalist and male model.
Not forgetting the video I posted here showing an election being stolen and Zia firing a successful Reform branch that was 'too active'.

Now Rupert is saying that a new party will soon be announced. So here I am now hoping this is the formal announcement of Integrity with him, Andrew Bridgen etc. joining.
